Kubear Account Deletion
Delete from inside Kubear
Open Kubear, go to Settings, open Privacy Center, and choose “Request account deletion”. Review the explanation before submitting.
Delete from the web
Email support@kuberos.in with the subject “Kubear account deletion request”. State that you want the account deleted and provide only the last four digits of the phone number used for sign-in. Kubear will ask for a safer verification step if needed. Never send your OTP, app PIN, card details or account password.
What happens next
An accepted in-app request is logged with a timestamp and request ID. An email request receives a request ID after manual verification and intake. Kubear then deletes or irreversibly anonymises account profile data, app financial records, household membership data where possible, selected uploads and sign-in identity data that are no longer needed.
Limited retention
Limited records may be retained for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, audit integrity or disputes for no longer than necessary, and never for marketing.
